After a recent Clarify update, calculated items have stopped working as expected. We have identified the issue and is currently testing a fix. The fix will be rolled out to production once it's properly tested.
We will use this opportunity to point out that that calculated items is an experimental feature that isn't enabled for all organizations. The feature is in the process of being replaced by a new feature called flows that will gradually be rolled out to organizations this year. Thus calculated items will soon become deprecated, and support in the product will eventually be removed. More details on this will be announced at https://www.clarify.io/changelog.
